This comfortable apartment was renovated in April 2019 and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has lots of natural lighting and offers fantastic views from the living room and balcony. Free Parking, Swimming Pools, and a Workout room, are available for your convenience at this resort property. It is so centrally located that you might consider taking Lyft or Uber to your destinations and avoid paying the parking fees charged by the amusement parks./venues.
The reviews I have received indicate that the items listed below were not a problem, however I want to make sure you are aware of the following:
1. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and the rooms appear bigger than they are. This 583 sq ft apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 living room and 1 kitchenette.
2. While the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, 2 will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is open to the kitchen, therefore the 5th and 6th guests will not have much privacy and less comfort than the others sleeping in the bedrooms.
3. Please note that there is no full stove/oven in the apartment; only a double burner cook-top and a small toaster oven. The place may not be ideal for long stays or if you are planning to cook elaborate meals.
4. Please be aware that while the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019, the building itself and some of the amenities provided by The Enclave may feel a bit dated.
5. The following is provided per stay: One fresh set of towels per guest, one roll of toilet paper and bar of soap in each bathroom, dish washing soap, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a store to buy more toilet paper, and paper towels, if needed, as well salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
6. Wi-fi is provided by The Enclave Resort and is not as fast as I would like it to be, but previous guests have not had any problems attending Zoom meetings, or taking on-line classes.
7. Connecting the living room TV to the internet can be challenging (sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not); however the bedroom TVs are Roku-enabled, and are easily connected to the internet after following the instructions on the screen
8. Fresh sets of towels can be provided but will incur a delivery fee and should be requested 24 hours in advance.
9. Please note that wash cloths are not provided. You may want to bring a couple if they are important to you.

A few day before your arrival date we will provide you with the code to the apartment door as well as detailed check in instructions.
You will have access to everything in the apartment as well as the resort.
If you have any special needs. please let me know ahead of time and I will try my best to accommodate them .
Please note that while a Convenience Store, Pizza Hut and Bar are located in the next door building, they are currently closed due to the pandemic.
Also, while the resort website may indicate that the indoor pool and fitness centers are open 24 hours a days, this is not so. They are open but the hours are limited and the number of occupants is also limited. If these are important to you, please text me and I will get back to you with the most current information.
